From Humble Beginnings…

When Camilo Concha and his family first moved to the United States from Colombia, they had only $300. Camilo barely spoke any English, had no job, and no friends. With such a meager start, and the odds already firmly stacked against him, few would believe that so many years later, he would be an extremely successful entrepreneur with several flourishing companies under his guidance.

Camilo Concha enrolled in high school where he was able to take ESL classes and finally learn to speak English. It was through these classes that Camilo was at last able to communicate his ideas, but it would still be years later before he would find the radiant confidence he possesses today.

Unsatisfied with only his high school diploma, Camilo Concha wanted to attend college. He knew that to be a successful businessman, he would need a higher education and a degree. His ESL teacher warned him that college would be difficult for a non-native speaker and that he would probably be better off if he instead enrolled in a trade school to learn a skill such as welding because graduating college would probably take him many years longer than it would for most people.  But Camilo Concha was determined. Four years later he would be accepted to CalState Northridge and begin his education of the world of business management and finance.

While attending college, Camilo Concha got a job working for the San Fernando Valley Bar Association as a Spanish-language receptionist, helping those Southern California residents who could not speak English find the right attorney. While working this job, Camilo realized the desperate need for an attorney referral service. It was then that Mr. Concha decided to establish the Attorney Search Network.

From his San Fernando Valley apartment, Camilo Concha began the Attorney Search Network. In the beginning, he was the only employee and was still working his other job while attending college, but in his spare time, he slowly grew the business, piece by piece. It didn’t take him long to realize he needed a real office with a real, official business address. So one afternoon Camilo took a long walk down Ventura Blvd, looking for any available space for lease. He had no idea how much it would cost to rent an office. He called the number of a real estate agent for a building with an opening. She came down to show him the space, but she could tell he probably didn’t have the funds to secure it. She asked him what his budget was and Camilo told her. $200. The real estate agent either took pity on Camilo or saw an opportunity to make a little extra. She told him to come back the next day. She just might have something for him.

When Camilo came back the following morning, he found his new office. It was a janitor’s closet that had been repainted the night before. The way that Camilo Concha looked at it, an office was an office. He finally had a real business address. The room was so small that whenever Camilo would meet with clients or take calls, he would have to step out of the office. As time went on, Camilo Concha continued to expand the business until eventually he needed help. He needed employees. Now, Camilo works out of one of the tallest buildings in the San Fernando Valley and employs dozens of people.

From the work he did to create the Attorney Search Network he realized that he could translate those skills he learned to found other companies. His next venture would be similar to ASN but this time be in the field of medical referral. 1800mysurgeon was created to assist individuals who are looking for a board-certified, reputable cosmetic surgeon. Both the Attorney Search Network and 1800mysurgeon have extensive databases of hundreds of doctors and lawyers from nearly every legal and medical field.

After two successful ventures, Camilo Concha wanted more. He knew from creating the Attorney Search Network and 1800mysurgeon that along with the need that people had in trying to find the right attorney or doctor, there was also a need to finance legal and medical fees. This spurred Camilo Concha to create his next two companies: mylegalloan.com and medicalfinancing.com, both of which offer financial assistance to those with a need for a legal defense fund or a costly cosmetic procedure that would otherwise not be covered by insurance.

It is through Camilo Concha’s remarkable ability to diagnose market needs and find viable, simple solutions that he has been able to find so much success in his many business ventures. Camilo Concha holds many professional affiliations with regulatory agencies such as the California State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Fair Credit Council, the International Association of Debt Arbitrators, and the Better Business Bureau. He has been a guest of honor at the home of former President of Mexico, Vicente Fox. Additionally, Camilo is a member of the YPO of Beverly Hills and Karma International and was the recipient of an Award of Excellence from the California State Assembly Office.

In my Southern California enterprise, I oversee a series of vertical websites focused on a variety of consumer interests. In addition to founding 1800mySurgeon.com, I created 360 Realty Solutions, which assists home buyers with finding real estate agents and financing their purchases.

With an abundance of online real estate choices, consumers may not know who to contact. First-time home buyers especially may find it difficult to determine which website to trust.

360 Realty Solutions provides assistance with financing home purchases, as well as finding properties. The site’s services include real estate purchase, refinance, short sale, loan modification, a selection of prescreened Realtors, and a free home valuation.

If you have recently lost your job or find yourself unable to make mortgage payments for other reasons, you can contact 360 Realty Solutions and request that the company buy your home from you for cash. Another option available to home sellers is a short sale, which means selling a home for less than what the owner owes the lender on the mortgage. The team at 360 Realty Solutions, which includes experienced attorneys, will negotiate a short sale on a seller’s behalf.

For home owners who would like to keep their residence, 360 Realty Solutions can work with them to obtain a loan modification, which means changing the terms of the mortgage or home loan to make it affordable for the borrower. The company’s negotiators work with lenders to reduce monthly payments and seek to have lenders either forgive outstanding balances or add them to the end of the principal amount.

As with other services offered by 360 Realty Solutions, consumers looking to purchase a home can contact the company through the website by filling out a form. Prospective home buyers who do not have a preferred real estate agent can request a referral through 360 Realty Solutions, which has listed agents based on experience, board records, and results, among other credentials.

Home buyers seeking financing may contact 360 Realty Solutions to understand the variety of loan options available to people with their credit profile. Home owners who feel their mortgage terms no longer meet their needs or wish to find a lower mortgage interest rate can work with 360 Realty Solutions to learn about refinancing opportunities.

Home sellers can contact the company to determine the value of their property as well. At no cost to the client, the firm will provide an estimate based on information the home owner submits online. 360 Realty Solutions promises to keep submitted data confidential.
